Supplier (AsSeenOnTV.com) did a Bait and Switch Dec 19, 2009 By B. Allyn
Bought this as a christmas gift, supplier is As Seen On TV Products ([...]) rather than Amazon. The supplier sent me just the base (no collar, CD, spray refill, batteries, etc). Also, the box was retaped with scotch tape and the corners were dented, indicating to me that they sold me a refurbished or opened-box unit. I called them to arrange for a return and re-fulfillment. Instead, they offered to send me the collar. I declined because I wanted exactly what I ordered: the entire system, and what they sent me was in poor shape, which I cannot gift. They then requested that I return the item at my own expense ($[...] USPS) and they would then ship out a new one. I requested that they pay for shipping since this was their mistake. They refused, offering to pay my shipping but not send me out a new 'system' like I ordered. When I checked my credit card statement, they of course did not refund the shipping costs. I was unable to file a A-Z claim with Amazon since their records show a refund of the original price was issued.

I recommend that you avoid doing business with As Seen On TV Products. Buy this product from another source.
