My order wasn't supposed to come for minimal one more day so I am very satisfied with the shipping. The Topsy Tail Tools' quality is better than I remember the only thing that I found that was a little surprising is that instead of it coming in a pink color it was almost like an orange. But, hey I can't really complain.

It worked for a couple of weeks but it broke in no time at all. I would find something else to use.

Bought this to use on my daughter's hair. Worked well twice and then the third time I used it, it broke. It's way too flimsy. One good tug on it and the ring just split in two. Gonna buy the thicker one and see if it works better.

"word puzzler"
I thought this product had been reviewed as I had responded before now. The Topsy Tail certainly does make handling long hair easier! I'm very happy with it and it does lend itself to people who have various disabilities also.... I've been there and it works for me. I just haven't figured out the 'braidmaking' yet. I'm amazed at the things that can be found at Amazon and they certainly are on the ball when shipping too. Orders come very quickly and arrive in great condition.

Not designed for thick hair or locks...needs updating...loop should be bigger, with a slide ring or something to make it adjustable, stem should be longer, could be adjustable too, like a telescope...can't recommend it, until it's upgraded.
