This cheese knife was recommended on one of my food groups. I love it! It never ceases to amaze me as to how the right tool can make a task so much easier.

I was over at a friends house and we were making up a cheese tray. She gave me this knife to try and I could not believe how much easier it was to slice thru hard cheeses! I did a side by side comparison with several types of knives from the fancy & expensive to the cheap ones and this little knife beat them all hands down. So, I bought one for myself and dearly love it.

I received this cheese knife as a gift about three years ago. At first glance, it looked like a cheap plastic toy. I couldn't imagine it cutting through anything. WRONG!
This blows away any metal blade knife that I have. It cuts through cheese like butter and the cheese does not stick to the knife at all. This will be the best cheese knife you will ever own.

On an off chance I purchased this knife to replace a wire style cheese slicer that had broken, another one that had broken. This knife works very well and surprisingly cuts a very thin slice. I can say that I am pleased with my purchase.

 Not for HARD cheeses May 29, 2010
Blade bent the first time attempted to cut through hard cheese. Please see the photos I uploaded on Amazon's webpage by clicking on see customer loaded photos link right below the manufacturer's photo.
I would like to add that I purchased this knife for $10.75 on Amazon on may 25 and the first time I used on soft cheese, i liked it and left a 5 star review. When I went to the site to return it today on june 3rd the price had increased to $14.95 - a 40% increase! This is more price fluctuation than wallstreet derivatives and futures! I noticed some other reviewers remarking on other items that the prices seem to be being adjusted as to what kind of reviews they are given......
