Not For Modern Furniture Jan 15, 2011
By LavenderMoon This is designed for narrow arms on chairs and sofas. It refuses to stay put, despite the adjustable grips that are meant to squeeze the arm rest you put it on. I would never feel safe putting a drink on it or anything else (as the photo depicts) that could result in a messy spill. Also, each time I get up from the chair, the side piece that hangs down on the seat side of the arm catches on my leg and lifts the caddy and pushes it to the side. It is nothing more than a nuisance to me. I can't recommend this for anyone with furniture that has the wider, rounded, more thickly padded arms on their couch or chair. It's a seemingly great idea that needs a lot more innovative work to be a success. Very disappointing.

Very handy! Sep 12, 2010
By Donna Quite pleased with the product! We actually keep it on the back of the middle of the couch where it's within handy reach of the two adults and the one small child's head doesn't quite hit it. The top part keeps a box of tissues handy for three people with seasonal allergies and the remotes are in easy reach for all three of us.

Perfect for a home theater room! Oct 06, 2010
By Pamela L. Barrett We use this product in our home theater room, where we have 5 to 6 remotes. It is perfect for the task. We used to have to get up to find remotes that we didn't use that often, but we can store all of them in this organizer. It is flexible enough to drape over a wide armrest on a home theater recliner. It also has the flat area on top that is billed to be used for drinks and popcorn, but we use it for our wireless mouse in order to control the computer in the back of the room when watching videos that are on that computer, or for surfing the internet on our screen. I would highly recommend this product for anyone that has a multi-media room with a lot of remotes and/or a computer set up for that room.

Does not work for recliners at all. Apr 27, 2011

I just got mine today. I have a recliner. Each time I rose from the chair, the organizer would slide off and fall...and that's without any weight from items stored in the pouches that face the outward side of the chair. I tried squeezing the grips tighter, but the organizer still fell off the arm of the recliner.
Otherwise, it appears to be a nicely made product. I'm keeping the organizer because I'll use for my car's arm console.
If you have a recliner, do not waste your money on this product...unless you plan on using duct tape.
