This is the fourth seat solution i purchased. The previous three were the standard version and had been very happy with it. The Ultra version is even better in given firm support for my back.I am a cab driver and needed to seat and drive more than ten hour a day. Without the Seat Solution ,I will not able to work in my job for sure.Five star for this product!

I bought this for my wife's car to replace her older model that was not the Ultra model. The older one had become too squishy and did not provide support anymore. This one seems much better constructed and she absolutely loves it, we are buying a 2nd one for my car as well. It seems a bit sturdier and thicker, note that it is a brown color. Highly recommended.

If you have problems with a sore coccyx bone, this cushion is for you.
I have bought several different type of pillows but this is the one that works best.

I am able to sit for a much longer now thanks to this deluxe pillow.

Great product for those sitting most for most of their days Sep 18, 2010 By R. Morris
If you suspect that your office chair is causing you back pain. Purchase this and see if you notice a difference.

As soon I used it, I noticed an immediate difference. My back seemed 'relieved,' it's difficult to explain. However, I'm sitting pain-free.

The 'science' behind it, at least for the slope design, is that it causes the downward pressure to shift from the tailbone/hips/waist area to the the thighs and legs. Combined with the cutout, it causes significant pressure to be relieved from the back area.

If you want to research the benefits of sitting on a slightly sloped surface. Go to Google and type in Sit Stand Chairs research and/or Forward Sloping Chairs. You'll be able to find several academic articles, thoroughly researching the pros and cons of forward sloping chairs, especially in comparison to standing up and sitting on a horizontal surface.

Personally, I did not slide forward with this placed in my chair. Sliding forward can be caused by not having a footrest when sitting. Remember that you will be sitting higher and tilted slightly forward than normally. Thus, you will be placing more weight on the lower leg area. Since you're higher off the ground, to prevent sliding you need to:

1. Adjust the height of your chair.
2. Purchase a footrest

This will allow you to push yourself backward into the chair, which you will do naturally and without knowing. But even if you happen to still slide forward, think about it, this is the weight that was previously on your back...

The dimensions of this 15 long and slopes from a 3 1/2 inches to 1 1/2 inches. This is almost 8 degrees of forward tilt. Most research indicates that forward tilting below 15 degrees is beneficial.

Overall, this product is working very well for me and highly recommend it.

Cushion was very comfortable, thought the faux leather finished caused it to slip on the chair. I am still satisfied with my purchase. It served its purpose.
