I'm only giving these 4 stars because they came in an unmarked envelope and were not shipped flat; they were folded and bunched, which really doesn't matter much, but it took me a second to even realize what the heck they were. A bit unprofessional, at least as far as the shipping goes.

i was a little sceptical but it works pretty well. the only problem that i noticed that you may have is; if your floor is wet or damp the pad will stick to the floor so it will get stuck. you definatly have to only use it on a dry floor.

The product is great I've used it for many years but this last order has never came. Order for replacement pads. I've waited over a month and tried contacting the shipper but get no response! Ripped off!

My main complaint is that they folded my pads & the creases are STILL present after these many months. Why would you guys do such a thing? You really couldn't find a flat pack type of box? REALLY?!
