Mega Phone DID NOT work Dec 24, 2008

After charging the included battery I decided to give it a try. It wouldn't project 5 feet much less than the 300 meters that was advertised (with a backwind). Do not waste your money on this product.
Mom says It's just ok..u get what you pay for..son luvs it! Jun 12, 2011
By mommakat I picked this megaphone up for my 13-y.o. today. It worked ok, but would have been very helpful if it came with instructions. It didn't explain how the battery situation worked, or what the extra piece was for, or where it goes. We got it figured out, with a lot of trial and error. The sound quality is scratchy, kind of goes in and out... but my son is thrilled with it, so in the end, he's he critic I guess. The only music it plays is the Happy Birthday song. Also, we couldn't find a trumpet feature? Anyway, it's loud enough, and it works for us!
