This cheese knife is hands down the best cheese knife I have ever used!! I use it all the time. When I first tried this knife I was very skeptical how well it would work, I figured being plastic that it might be flimsy and that the cheese would stick to the knife or that it wouldn't cut thin enough pieces because the knife would be to bulky but I am happy to say "This wonderful knife has proven me wrong on all counts". I have cut through many types and textures and from paper thin to very thick slices of cheese with this knife and I have to say it has never disappointed.The feature on the end of the handle that that is there for slicing open the packaging is very handy. I would recommend this knife to anyone that's looking for a good cheese knife. I have purchased many of these as gifts and I have heard nothing but rave reviews from my recipients, every person I have given one to has come back to ask me where I got it so they can purchase another one. This knife should be offered in other colors but.....the color won't matter one bit once you slice some cheese with it, cause it's love at first slice! And if you leave it out at wine parties for guests to use, the only comment you'll hear is "where do I get one of these??" This knife is worth every penny and then some, you won't regret this purchase, you'll wish you bought more.

We have been using this product for some time. Liked it so much we ordered another for our daughter. It really works. You can slice "soft cheese", "hard cheese", slice it thin or thick. Get one, you won't be sorry. We have purchased several things from Amazon in addition to books. They do an excellent job of packing and shipping.

I liked this cheese knife so much that I bought three more for gifts! It slices through hard and soft cheeses without sticking. I've tried all kinds of cheese knives and slicers..this is the best one out there. I would highly recommend it.

This knife cuts cheeses, hard boiled eggs,and mushrooms like a dream. Food does not stick to it and it is so light-weight. It even has a hook on the end of the handle to open those pesky cheese wrappers. You have to have one in your kitchen.

I really like this knife. It cuts cheese without sticking, and was able to cut pretty hard cheddar with ease. The package opener at the end of the handle is a good idea, but in practice, it hurts my hand. Maybe I have large hands, but my grip on the handle puts my little finger on the plastic point of the package opener. Still a very good knife for soft or moderately hard cheese.
