I am replacing my salad shooter that I had for over 16 years...just the other day....the motor finally went. This is by far the easiest & most used kitchen gadget appliance in my house. Slicing & shredding couldn't be easier. The pieces pop into the dishwasher. No difficult instuctions, a no brainer. Until it arrives...I need to drag out my food processor to make some zucchini/carrot bread. I hate that dinosaur...plus I find the contraption scarey!!! I may have to rush that delivery!! Over the years I have given it as gifts with rave reviews. Not sure if they are sold in any stores, because I've been looking. Quick, order one....what are you waiting for????

Presto 02910 SaladShooter Electric Slicer/Shredder When my old salad shooter quit working right in the middle of dinner, I was worried that I'd never find another one. It's one of the greatest inventions ever made. It makes quick work of shredding potatoes, carrots & other vegetables. I looked in a few stores and couldn't find one. I was so delighted to find several at amazon.com. They never let me down.

This is the most used appliance in my Kitchen. It's easy and useful. I got one as a hand me down 9 years ago and the motor just die.d I'm ordering a new one so I don't have to use my hand grater anymore! Love it!

We have had a salad shooter for years. Very nice to have if you eat a lot of salads. My son is on a diet and eats a lot of salads along with some strenuous exercise (bike riding, running) so we bought this one for his birthday. He was really happy to receive it. Ours has lasted for years without fail.

This is the most used appliance in my kitchen! I've had this for years, and use it for grating cheese (or grating anything), slicing veggies for salads, and even fine/chopping nuts! Much easier than dragging out the food processor for small jobs, and so, so easy to clean. Just pop everything except the motor base into dishwasher (top shelf) and done. Has never discolored. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it! TRULY A BEST BUY!
