The pet couch came quickly--faster than I expected. So service was very good. The pet couch itself was great--exactly as described. However, I felt that since the stuffed cushion did not completely detach for cleaning, it did not warrent 5 stars. Other than that, I was pleased with the product and the service. And my dog LOVES it!! It does protect the couch from pet hair and such. Great product!

We purchased this pet couch for our two small dogs to lay on in their "assigned" chair. This item has absolutely horrible construction and doesn't look anything like the photo on the box. Very cheap. It comes in a vacuum-pack--which I believe ruins the integrity of the shape. I tried, and tried, and tried to reshape and fluff it to no avail. Ended up putting it downstairs for our cats to do whatever they wanted to it. Don't waste your money; find something better.

I purchased this for my Jack Russell. I realize the measurements were listed, but a casual look at the picture made me think it would accomodate my small dog. My mistake. Boy was I wrong!
The dog was cramped and confined.
I love the long drape over the front of the cushion, the bolsters are small but firm, stays in place and is a good color.
I kept it because my small cat liked it and it fit in a chair well, and the cost was not too bad.
All in all; fairly nice product, but don't be fooled by the size/picture, it is small.
