LED bulbs are the newest, most energy efficient and environmentally friendly lighting available today.
This bulb operates on a mere 1.3 watts of power! And it replaces all recessed floodlights!
This high efficiency LED bulb replaces all your household recessed flood lights. Incandescent lights are energy wasters and give off a harsh light. Compact Fluorescents contain poisonous mercury and fail quickly when turned off and on frequently. LED technology works for years and years and uses a fraction of the electricity of even super efficient fluorescents while providing a pleasing true white light.

Short life span Jan 23, 2011
By Stroshimi I ordered these bulbs in September, 2010. As of January 2011, one has already gone dead. Choose another brand.

Miracle LED recessed bulb Jul 12, 2009
By S. Dungan There just OK. They say equivalent to 100 watt bulb but trust me there not more like a 60 watt. They are very small so they look funny in the recessed cans. They do only pull 1 watt though. So if you don't need a real bright bulb they will save you money on you electric bill.

Super efficient, not as bright as advertised Nov 15, 2010
By G. Bartley As a first foray into the world of LED lighting, I have mixed feelings about this one. For the most part, I love it. The light it puts out is a cool white, and it's more like a 40-watt equivalent than the advertised 100 W, or the 60 W another commenter posted. However, compared to the $20-30 most brick-and-mortars want to charge for a single bulb, this is a good deal. It definitely works better in some sort of directional / canned / funneled light socket. The power draw on these makes me feel kinda dirty for using CFLs, too. Unfortunately, LEDs are still pricey. I'll be testing out a few more from various manufacturers to find the right fit for me, but these are definitely worth it.

Good power saver Oct 16, 2010
By Mark E. Naylor These lamps work as reported, a little less light than a 65 watt incandescent bulb, but probably adequate. A tradeoff that we have made to save the electricity.
The bulbs are quite a bit shorter than a standard bulb. If you are using them in a recessed fixture, I recommend purchasing a socket extender (such as Westinghouse 22150 MED/MED PORCLN SKT EXTENDER) to bring the slight source to the same point in the fixture can as the original bulb.

Super light output for a 1.3W led bulb May 18, 2010
By J. S. Lim Much much brighter than the 3.5W Led recess light from Lights of America that I purchased from Costco. So far I have already bought 5 sets and planning to have more.
