This product is a hit and miss. It works for only a brief amount of time and only if you are extremely careful with it. By this I mean making sure it doesn't hit, bang or come into contact with other items as it will stop working. Also the recorder isn't really loud and sometimes your words are garbled.

However, for really quick messages and intermittent use; it works fine.

Did you know that most cell phones now contain a "recorder" feature? You probably don't need this cheap little gadget - just learn to use all the features of your cell phone. We have so many electronic devices in our life now that we can't really use! :-) Check it out before you buy another one.

I had given this as a Christmas gift. Only one of the units worked when right out of the package. The other unit just flashes the red light when you try to record, play, or erase. Not real happy with the purchase. They were cheap enough that retuning them wasn't really worth it.

I keep one in my bathrobe pocket & one on my nightstand. If I think of something after I'm in bed, I record it for morning. I also got a set for my husband. It's great for an early riser like me so I don't have to turn on the lights.

I carry mine with me at all times during the day . I have an other one by my chair whild watching TV. When I think of somethng that I need to get , I just record it . Once in a while I have trouble deleteing a recording . For the most part I think they are very handy . I have given some to my married children . Which they love also . I have wore out one that just went dead . I tried replacing the batter to no avail .
