Great concept but it doesn't work. Right after my purchase saw it at the 99cent store for guess how much? 99cents!

Was reluctant to buy because it was so cheap, but I must say that it delivers on what is advertised. It's true that it can be tricky to get the egg to scramble (if you miss the yolk, then it won't do much), but I've used it a few times and have it down pretty good. The accompanying cracker works great! I agree with the other review that talks about it being worth the price just to get the cracker, but like I say above, I've actually has no issues with the scrambler. I thought it didn't work at first, but that's because I was pushing down and it was keeping the unit from working (talking about the scrambler). Once I figured that out, no problems at all. Have had it for about a week now and both are still working well.
I would recommend this item, especially for this price!

This item is surprisingly more difficult to operate than expected. I had to bend the needle a bit, and still have to do both ends of the egg to properly scramble. This is good for a novelty item, but not for serious use.

Should be egg cracker with bonus clever scrambler Feb 11, 2011

I bought it for the intention of the scrambler and the egg cracker was just an extra bonus item. The scrambler dosent work. Tried it from the top and from the bottom but it never got scrambled. The egg cracker which I didnt need actually worked pretty good. I'm usually a lousy cracker so the bonus item ended up being worth it for me. I've gone through 2 cartoons with it and only one egg dropped a shell piece in. So no on the scrambler and yes on the cracker for my vote. Other down side is neither is dishwasher safe :(

Do not buy this Item!I bought it cause I'm lazy and hate washing dishes.It does not work,not even a little.Not going to bother returning it cause I've already lost the shipping costs so by the time I pay shipping it back might end up with $10.00 credit,not worth my time.Didn't both trying the egg cracker,just pitched them both in the garbage.Wouldn't even give it 1 star but don't have that option.
