By Denise It works! lol :) The screws have these little green (or blue can't remember the color) plastic things that you screw the screws in and they are visible (though you can't see them in the picture) it does work good! Saves you some space if you have a little bathroom, it fits perfect on my toilet!

By Steven T. After a few months of use the item became completely rusted and corroded and it left an absolute mess all over the inside and outside of the top of the toilet (i almost had to replace the tank)...i am shocked its not stainless/rustproof...(I left my original review below)
Yes its flimsy and looks a bit cheap but it is so functional and inexpensive...this thing is so functional and for the price you can't go wrong...we put this in our downstairs gust bathroom which used to have an expensive metal mag holder that sat on the floor next to the toilet and which I always hated because the magazines never stayed upright, it cost too much, and I hate stuff on the bathroom floor...this thing holds about 4-6 mags and two rolls of tp...I am sure it won't last very long and will rust eventually but at that point I will just get a new one...one request is that they offer one in powder coated white which would blend better and obviously look a bit nicer as well

By eander I like this little bathroom caddie. I wanted something small and compact that I didn't need to drill into anything to install-this does the job. I actually have two of them for a guest bathroom and my kids bathroom. I like that I can put reading material for guests of each room. I found that only one roll of paper fits in the holder so just checking on it regularly is fine. Overall the product is a great idea and I love it at home!
