A great cheese knife Apr 13, 2010

I have the smaller cheese knife and love how it cuts soft cheeses cleanly.
This one also works beautifully and fully as well as the much more expensive cheese knives I own (and better than some).
In my opinion it is a great buy and very useful and safe to use, even for people who have grip problems.

We have this long serrated knife as well as two of the short ones, and we love using them. They're our go-to knives for cheeses, cheesecake, and even layer cakes.

Works fine. The cheese does not stick to the ceramic. Better than a steel knife for most medium density cheeses such as cheddar, colby, etc.
