By John Nichols These work as promised. My dog has just about woren out the bone itself but it is not the fault of the bone - she is a 85lb, heavy chewer. The refill works fine, I only use two at a time. The remains of the refill insert in the channels of the bone keeps her occupied. They can be removed with a special part of the bone. It is well made and I consider the bone and refills a good buy.

By P. Pope I have 2 dogs and both love this product! The challenge is to get the whole strip out of the bone holder. One has been successful but the other is still trying. Will buy again.
